  • Alabama: ValleyMLS, As-Is field = Yes, for DeKalb and Cherokee counties.
  • Georgia: GeorgiaMLS, Ownership Conditions = As Is, for Chattooga County.
  • Single-family houses on under 40 acres.
  • Three numbers per county: for sale now, under contract, and closed in the last 90 days.
  • Each county is counted on its own. The counties are never added together.
